The check-in process was very professional. The hotel felt quiet, and also it was clean. The custodians did great work and maintained everything well. I appreciated I could bring my dog to eat in the courtyard, this detail was awesome.
I found the water pressure low in the shower. It was not a huge issue, just something noticeable.

The hotel is in a great spot. It is close to local areas. The harbor is within walking distance. It is such a nice place. Trader Joe's is also nearby, it is convenient for any shopping needs.

My room was large, and it included a bench at the end of the bed. There was a desk and a chair. This created a functional workspace. Extra lamps around the room offered good lighting.

unresponsive front deskkey issue
i had some issues upon arrival. one of the keys i received did not work, a real problem after i had walked to my car. i had to call for assistance, only to find the front desk unresponsive. eventually, i walked back to the front desk myself. the clerk seemed unconcerned and offered no apology. this was quite inconvenient, especially traveling alone.

Really good Lodging Experience

We arrived and received an immediate choice of an upstairs or downstairs room. The room was quaint and very clean. The bed provided a comfortable rest and the hotel remained impressively quiet. Parking right outside the room was a plus and provided extra convenience.
I found the sink stopper did not tightly seal when closed. This was somewhat of an inconvenience. The cocktail drinks tasted light on the alcohol. I suggest you order wine or beer instead.
